We have lived in Deep Cove for 18 years and this suite is rarely open. If you love the outdoors this might be a good fit for you. Upside- literally steps from the ocean -Very Special Hardwood Flooring -Wood Fireplace -2 bedrooms or a great office space -Private Deck -Included but shared laundry -Hydro/Gas included Downside- Small kitchen -Furnace/Electrical is in the suite meaning I need in a few times/year -probably you hear us from 7-8 am and 5-10pm (I’ve never lived down there thus probably) -Parking is not guaranteed but is only a problem on busy sunny days -No pets
